Recruiters seem to be really interested in Second Life, as some virtual job fair have shown in the past.

My take is that this is the beginning of a new era: there will be, in the future, the perfect reproduction of someone, talking to the perfect reproduction of a recruiter. It will be a great moment!

What do you think about virtual recruiting? Do you see a future in it? Are you frightened by it? Do you like it?
