He wrote the Linden Scripting Language, and was, among other things, famous for his &#8220;flying spaghetti monster&#8220;. Philip Rosedale (here a picture I&#8217;ve took with him in last July: Ubuntista with Philip Rosedale) emailed the staff saying that he made the decision because there is an unsurmountable divergence of opinion about the technical direction in which Second Life must go. What do you think? Is this good, or not?
