I’ve exchanged some thoughtful emails with Guy, and with Jeff.
I was really curious about all this “hype” about “evangelism”.
Now that I’ve almost finished reading it (together with the excellent Empire of Wealth and Beyond Fear), I can say for sure that EVANGELISM fits perfectly into SECOND LIFE.
I don’t want to write a full review of the book, expecially because I’m kind of modest about this kind of issue, but still, I’d like to point out that Second Life can be a GREAT INVESTMENT for companies seeking Customer Evangelists.
