How to earn some little money in SL, part 2
Ok, last time you got a lesson:
Rule #1: making money in SL is NOT easy.
Now we go for Rule #2: use your time to learn SL well.
What does this mean? That, in your first days in Second Life, is much better to PAY some REAL dollars, and get a couple thousand Linden $, useful to go around, purchase some nice clothes, some skins, some hair, etcetera.
This is important, because if you use your time to learn SL well, you won’t get frustrated, and you will soon start to understand how SL works, because you’ll get a first-hand contact with the flow of money.
You go around, and for example you buy a nice suit: you pay it 300 L$. After some minutes, you’ll start thinking that the guy that designed that suit got a REAL DOLLAR. If he’s able to sell one hundred suit, his 3-hour-of-work suit will get him more than one hundred real dollar.
You got the point: some people make REAL MONEY because they understood how money flow in Second Life.
It’s your turn.
You have two choices:
One, go for a normal account, and charge your credit card or paypal account with 5 or 10 USD.
Two, go for a premium account: you’ll pay 72 USD for a year (or less, in proportion of the duration), but you’ll get back about 60 USD in Linden currency (about 300 L$ every week), plus with a premium account you’ll be able to purchase land.
And, if you don’t like the stupid name you gave to your avatar, choose another, and put my avatar as a referer: Golan Holder. This way I can earn some dollars when you become premium, and I can thank you for your help and appreciacion!
So, remember this:
Rule #2: use your time to learn SL well.
