Question on the future
Did you ever read something from Ray Kurtzweil?
I find him coherent and interesting, expecially when he talks about how the Law of Accelerating Returns will affect our life in the near future. In twenty years, we’ll experience the progress of the past fifty years, and this will translate into nanotechnological implants, quantum computers, and so on.
Virtual life will become more and more real, in the form of augmented reality and/or improved virtual worlds inside a PC screen.

What we see now, in 2008, will appear as primitive in 2028. Our fears and aurea of mistery around virtual worlds will be seen as childish in 2028. Get ready, because the world will change very fast, and we would love to stay tight and follow the progress
